Daria Greenbaum Group, a collective of agents specializing in ultra-luxury real estate in East Los Angeles, including prominent neighborhoods such as Silver Lake, Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz, and Laurel Canyon, sought a sophisticated brand refresh. The initiative encompassed the design of a new logo, layout, iconography, and the development of cohesive systems for marketing materials. The objective was to convey a sense of casual elegance through the brand's visual identity.
Daria Greenbaum envisioned a brand that pays homage to old Hollywood, blending timeless elements with a touch of whimsy. Inspired by high fashion and editorial aesthetics, the goal was to create a brand that resonates with the luxury market and historical estates.
